North Carolina High School Basketball - Victory Christian Center crushes South Charlotte Thunder

December 6, 2022: Matthews, NC 28105

Victory Christian Center Kings (Charlotte, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host South Charlotte Thunder Thunder (Matthews, NC), 61-39 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Victory Christian Center upgrades its record to 2-10 on the season. The Kings host Lincoln Charter (Denver, NC) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, December 16. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 2-9.

Next up, the Thunder clash with the Covenant Day Lions (Matthews, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 9. South Charlotte Thunder will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 6-5 record after their 50-45 non-league win over Wesleyan Christian Academy (High Point, NC).
