Wisconsin High School Basketball - Ashland ripped by Lakeland
December 6, 2022: Minocqua, WI 54548 The Lakeland Thunderbirds basketball team scored 79 points and held the visiting Ashland Oredockers to 34 in the Thunderbirds non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Thunderbirds now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mosinee for a Great Northern contest on Thursday, December 8. Lakeland will meet a Indians team coming off a 63-51 league win over Antigo (Antigo, WI). The Indians record now stands at 2-5.
The Oredockers (2-3) will now prepare for their outing against Hayward (Hayward, WI). The Hurricanes go into the Heart O'North outing with a 2-1 record. In their last outing, Hayward smashed Medford (Medford, WI), 72-42, in a non-league outing.
