The Haslett Vikings basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the visiting Grand Ledge Comets to 37 in the Vikings non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Vikings now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mason for a Capital Area - Red contest on Thursday, December 8. Haslett will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 48-24 non-league loss to Northwest (Jackson, MI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-2.

The Comets (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against East Kentwood (Kentwood, MI). The Falcons come into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, East Kentwood prevailed over Byron Center (Byron Center, MI), 43-40, in a non-league contest.
