Arizona High School Basketball - Tolleson trounces La Joya Community
December 6, 2022: Avondale, AZ 85323 The Tolleson Wolverines (Tolleson, AZ) basketball crushed the host La Joya Community Fighting Lobos (Avondale, AZ), 57-16 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Wolverines (4-1) will now prepare for their test against Arizona Lutheran Academy (Phoenix, AZ). The Coyotes go into the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Arizona Lutheran Academy was trounced by Horizon Honors (Phoenix, AZ), 28-22, in a non-league test.
The Fighting Lobos now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Mountain View for a non-league test on Thursday, December 8. La Joya Community will encounter a Mountain Lions squad coming off a 53-34 non-league loss to Cienega (Vail, AZ). The Mountain Lions record now stands at 1-4.
