In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Mountain View Mountain Lions basketball team scored a decisive 54-15 triumph over the La Joya Community Fighting Lobos.

In their next game, the Mountain Lions meet the Rincon/University Rangers (Tucson, AZ) in a non-league match, on Monday, December 12. Mountain View will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record.
