Downey Vikings (Downey, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host La Serna Lancers (Whittier, CA), 58-20 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Downey upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Vikings host Shadow Hills (Indio, CA) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Friday, December 9. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Shadow Hills lost 49-23 in their recent non-league bout against Hemet (Hemet, CA)
