The Middleton Tigers basketball team scored 50 points and held the host Brandon Eagles to 29 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Tigers now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hillsborough for a non-league contest on Friday, December 8. Middleton will battle a Terriers team coming off a 63-54 non-league loss to Sumner (Riverview, FL). The Terriers record now stands at 3-3.

The Eagles (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Lennard (Ruskin, FL). The Longhorns enter the non-league contest with a 2-6 record. In their last bout, Lennard was crushed by Tampa Bay Tech (Tampa, FL), 72-65, in a non-league bout.
