Wisconsin High School Basketball - Oshkosh North can't hold off Kaukauna
December 6, 2024: Oshkosh, WI 54901 Kaukauna Galloping Ghosts (Kaukauna, WI) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Oshkosh North Spartans (Oshkosh, WI), 81-80 in a league match.
With the victory, Kaukauna advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Galloping Ghosts host Appleton East (Appleton, WI) to face the Patriots in a Fox Valley match on Friday, December 13. The Patriots enter the match with a record of 2-0.
The Spartans now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oshkosh West for a Fox Valley bout on Tuesday, December 10. Oshkosh North will play a Wildcats team coming off a 76-71 league win over Appleton West (Appleton, WI). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-1.
