Point Arena Pirates (Point Arena, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Round Valley Mustangs (Covelo, CA), 53-46 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Point Arena upgrades its record to 4-1 on the year. The Pirates travel to Mendocino (Mendocino, CA) to face the Cardinals in a non-league match on Saturday, December 7. The Cardinals enter the match with a record of 3-1. Mendocino won 74-24 in their recent non-league match against Lower Lake (Lower Lake, CA)
