Cherokee Trail Cougars (Aurora, CO) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Douglas County Huskies (Castle Rock, CO), 72-50 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Cherokee Trail advances its record to 3-0 on the year. The Cougars travel to Riverdale Ridge (Thornton, CO) to face the Ravens in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 10. The Ravens enter the match with a record of 0-0.

The Huskies now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cherry Creek for a non-league match on Saturday, December 14.
