The North Iredell Raiders basketball team scored 49 points and limited the visiting Alexander Central Cougars to 44 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Friday.

The Raiders now possess a 3-1 record. They play next when they host Bunker Hill for a non-league game on Monday, December 9. North Iredell will confront a Bears team coming off a 54-36 non-league loss to St. Stephens (Hickory, NC). The Bears record now stands at 2-3.

With the loss, Alexander Central falls to 3-1 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to McDowell (Marion, NC) to confront the Titans in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 10. The Titans go into the game with a record of 4-0. McDowell won 58-41 in their recent non-league game against South Caldwell (Hudson, NC)
