With the victory, Coalfield advances its record to 2-2 on the year. The Yellow Jackets host York Institute (Jamestown, TN) to meet the Dragons in a non-league match on Monday, December 9. The Dragons enter the match with a record of 3-3. York Institute lost 60-47 in their recent non-league match against Coffee County Central (Manchester, TN)
The Tigers now own a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sale Creek for a non-league match on Tuesday, December 10. Rockwood will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 59-38 non-league loss to Meigs County (Decatur, TN). The Panthers record now stands at 3-2.
