December 6, 2024: Jamestown, TN 38556 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the York Institute Dragons (Jamestown, TN) and the visiting Stone Memorial Panthers (Crossville, TN), observed York Institute's basketball team knock off Stone Memorial by a score of 53-33.
The Dragons (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Coffee County Central (Manchester, TN). The Red Raiders come into the non-league challenge with a 5-0 record. In their last challenge, Coffee County Central prevailed over Franklin County (Winchester, TN), 53-42, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Panthers encounter the Pickett County Bobcats (Byrdstown, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 10. Stone Memorial will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 92-23 non-league win over Jellico (Jellico, TN).
