North Carolina High School Basketball - Providence thwarts Ballantyne Ridge
December 6, 2024: Charlotte, NC 28270 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Providence Panthers (Charlotte, NC) and the visiting Ballantyne Ridge Wolves (Charlotte, NC), observed Providence's basketball team knock off Ballantyne Ridge by a score of 45-31.
The Panthers (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Myers Park (Charlotte, NC). The Mustangs come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Myers Park prevailed over Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC), 78-59, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Wolves encounter the Sun Valley Spartans (Monroe, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 13. Ballantyne Ridge will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record.
