Washington High School Basketball - Coupeville holds off South Whidbey
December 6, 2024: Langley, WA 98260 The Coupeville Wolves basketball team scored 34 points and limited the host South Whidbey Falcons to 28 in the Wolves non-league triumph on Friday.
The Wolves now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Forks for a non-league game on Monday, December 9. Coupeville will confront a Spartans team coming off a 62-49 non-league win over Chimacum (Chimacum, WA). The Spartans record now stands at 2-0.
With the loss, South Whidbey falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Falcons host Bush (Seattle, WA) to confront the Blazers in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 10. The Blazers go into the game with a record of 1-0. Bush won 49-39 in their recent non-league game against Eastside Prep (Kirkland, WA)
