January 6, 2025: Langley, WA 98260 In Monday's non-league test, the Mt. Baker Mountaineers (Deming, WA) basketball squad trounced the host South Whidbey Falcons (Langley, WA), by a final score of 64-31.
Next, the Mountaineers clash with the Blaine Borderites (Blaine, WA) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, January 8. Mt. Baker will attempt to upgrade on its 6-2 season record. The Borderites come into the test with a 4-4 record after their 58-36 non-league loss to Squalicum (Bellingham, WA).
The Falcons (1-5) will now prepare for their test against Cedar Park Christian (Mountlake Terrace, WA). The Lions come into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Cedar Park Christian was overwhelmed by Evergreen Lutheran (Tacoma, WA), 48-28, in a non-league test.
