Texas High School Basketball - Burnet overwhelms Blanco
December 6, 2025: Burnet, TX 78611 The Burnet Bulldogs basketball team scored 64 points and limited the visiting Blanco Panthers to 37 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Bulldogs now possess a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Canyon Lake for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 9. Burnet will play a Hawks team coming off a 57-42 non-league loss to Gainesville (Gainesville, TX). The Hawks record now stands at 7-3.
With the loss, Blanco falls to 2-2 on the campaign. The Panthers host Stockdale (Stockdale, TX) to play the Brahmas in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 9. The Brahmas come into the test with a record of 3-6. Stockdale lost 63-37 in their recent non-league test against Gonzales (Gonzales, TX)
