In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Mission Eagles basketball team scored a good 49-35 triumph over the Roma Gladiators.

The Eagles (9-4) will now prepare for their contest against Pace (Brownsville, TX). The Vikings enter the non-league outing with a 3-7 record. In their last outing, Pace was defeated by Rivera (Brownsville, TX), 55-51, in a non-league outing.

The Gladiators (4-6) will now prepare for their outing against Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Memorial (Alamo, TX). The Wolverines go into the non-league game with a 2-9 record.
