In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Nevada Union Miners basketball squad scored a tight 49-48 victory over the Twelve Bridges Raging Rhinos.

With the victory, Nevada Union advances its record to 3-1 on the year. The Miners travel to Bear River (Grass Valley, CA) to face the Bruins in a non-league match on Monday, December 8. The Bruins enter the match with a record of 4-2. Bear River lost 47-43 in their recent non-league match against Trinity Christian (Sacramento, CA)
