The North Vermillion Falcons basketball team scored 69 points and limited the host South Vermillion Wildcats to 38 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Falcons now possess a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Traders Point Christian for a non-league game on Friday, December 12. North Vermillion will confront a Knights team coming off a 39-26 non-league loss to Fountain Central (Veedersburg, IN). The Knights record now stands at 1-4.

With the defeat, South Vermillion moves to 0-3 on the season. The Wildcats host South Putnam (Greencastle, IN) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league test on Tuesday, December 9. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 0-1. South Putnam lost 60-59 in their recent league test against Brown County (Nashville, IN)
