California High School Basketball - Sanger nudges Pacifica
December 6, 2025: Sanger, CA 93657 Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Sanger Apaches (Sanger, CA) and the visiting Pacifica Tritons (Oxnard, CA), witnessed Sanger's basketball squad hold off Pacifica by a count of 57-52.
With the victory, Sanger advances its record to 4-4 on the year. The Apaches host Del Oro (Bakersfield, CA) to meet the Suns in a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 10. The Suns enter the battle with a record of 3-3.
The Tritons now own a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rio Mesa for a Channel challenge on Tuesday, December 9. Pacifica will encounter a Spartans team coming off a 59-54 non-league win over Sanger (Sanger, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 3-2.
