Texas High School Basketball - Jourdanton bests Long Creek
December 6, 2025: New Braunfels, TX 78130 The Jourdanton Indians/Squaws basketball team scored 49 points and limited the host Long Creek Dragons to 36 in the Indians/Squaws non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Indians/Squaws now possess a 13-6 record. They play next when they travel to Southside for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 6. Jourdanton will play a Cardinals team coming off a 52-28 non-league win over Great Hearts Northern Oaks (San Antonio, TX). The Cardinals record now stands at 10-8.
With the loss, Long Creek falls to 5-7 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Greenwood (Midland, TX) to play the Rangers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 6. The Rangers go into the bout with a record of 6-7. Greenwood won 49-33 in their recent non-league bout against Navarro (Geronimo, TX)
