The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Texas Wind (Waco, TX) and the visiting Providence Prep Rams (Belton, TX), observed Texas Wind's basketball team overwhelm Providence Prep by a score of 46-24.

The (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Riesel (Riesel, TX). The Indians come into the non-league challenge with a 4-4 record. In their last challenge, Riesel was routed by West (West, TX), 58-47, in a non-league battle.

The Rams now own a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Andrew's for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 13. Providence Prep will meet a Highlanders squad coming off a 47-33 non-league loss to Hyde Park (Austin, TX). The Highlanders record now stands at 2-5.
