In Saturday's non-league test, the Middletown Mustangs (Middletown, CA) basketball squad trounced the host Lower Lake Trojans (Lower Lake, CA), by a score of 67-23.

Next, the Mustangs encounter the Cloverdale Eagles (Cloverdale, CA) in a battle, on Tuesday, December 9. Middletown will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 1-2 record after their 81-35 non-league loss to McKinleyville (McKinleyville, CA).
