December 7, 2022: North Bethesda, MD 20852 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Georgetown Prep Little Hoyas (North Bethesda, MD) and the visiting Georgetown Day Mighty Hoppers (Washington, DC), saw Georgetown Prep's basketball squad wallop Georgetown Day by a tally of 91-28.
With the victory, Georgetown Prep improves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Little Hoyas travel to Sidwell Friends (Washington, DC) to confront the Quakers in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 14. The Quakers come into the challenge with a record of 5-1.
Next up, the Mighty Hoppers confront the Sidwell Friends Quakers (Washington, DC) in a Mid-Atlantic challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. Georgetown Day will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Quakers come into the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 53-52 non-league win over Whitney Young (Chicago, IL).
