North Carolina High School Basketball - Garinger nudges Palisades

In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Garinger Wildcats (Charlotte, NC) basketball squad edged the visiting Palisades Pumas (Charlotte, NC), by a margin of 50-43.

The Wildcats (4-5) will now prepare for their outing against Butler (Matthews, NC). The Bulldogs go into the 4A Conference 59 outing with a 2-2 record. In their last outing, Butler held off West Charlotte (Charlotte, NC), 56-49, in a non-league outing.

The Pumas now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they host South Mecklenburg for a 4A Conference 49 outing on Friday, December 9. Palisades will clash with a Sabres squad coming off a 76-65 non-league win over West Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Sabres record now stands at 4-2.
