Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the North Brunswick Scorpions (Leland, NC) and the visiting West Columbus Vikings (Cerro Gordo, NC), saw North Brunswick's basketball squad wallop West Columbus by a tally of 53-10.

With the victory, North Brunswick improves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Scorpions host New Hanover (Wilmington, NC) to confront the Wildcats in a 3A/4A Conference 20 challenge on Friday, December 9. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 2-1. New Hanover won 44-16 in their recent non-league challenge against Coastal Christian (Wilmington, NC)

Next up, the Vikings confront the West Bladen Knights (Bladenboro, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 9. West Columbus will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record.
