Alabama High School Basketball - Beulah holds off Horseshoe Bend
December 7, 2023: Valley, AL 36854 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Beulah Bobcats (Valley, AL) and the visiting Horseshoe Bend Generals (New Site, AL), saw Beulah's basketball squad hold off Horseshoe Bend by a tally of 50-46.
With the victory, Beulah improves its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Verbena (Verbena, AL) to confront the Red Devils in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 8. The Red Devils come into the challenge with a record of 1-3. Verbena won 69-43 in their recent non-league challenge against Isabella (Maplesville, AL)
Next up, the Generals confront the Wadley Bulldogs (Wadley, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 8. Horseshoe Bend will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 58-55 non-league loss to Ranburne (Ranburne, AL).
