December 7, 2023: Carrollton, KY 41008 The Carroll County Panthers (Carrollton, KY) basketball felled the visiting Trimble County Raiders (Bedford, KY), 63-52 in Thursday's league test.
The Panthers (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Walton-Verona (Walton, KY). The Bearcats go into the non-league test with a 4-1 record. In their last test, Walton-Verona thwarted South Oldham (Crestwood, KY), 70-62, in a non-league test.
The Raiders now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Eminence for a District 31 test on Tuesday, December 12. Trimble County will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 52-29 non-league loss to Valley (Louisville, KY). The Warriors record now stands at 0-5.
