Arizona High School Basketball - Paradise Valley nips Shadow Mountain

Paradise Valley Trojans (Phoenix, AZ) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Shadow Mountain Matadors (Phoenix, AZ), 58-51 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Paradise Valley upgrades its record to 4-4 on the season. The Trojans host North Canyon (Phoenix, AZ) to play the Rattlers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Rattlers go into the bout with a record of 2-2. North Canyon lost 59-51 in their recent league bout against McClintock (Tempe, AZ)

Next up, the Matadors play the Combs Coyotes (San Tan Valley, AZ) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 11. Shadow Mountain will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Coyotes go into the bout with a 7-2 record after their 61-50 non-league win over Coronado (Scottsdale, AZ).
