Kentucky High School Basketball - Pineville crushes Red Bird
December 7, 2023: Pineville, KY 40977 Pineville Mountain Lions (Pineville, KY) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Red Bird Cardinals (Beverly, KY), 83-36 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Pineville upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Mountain Lions travel to Rye Cove (Clinchport, VA) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Cardinals clash with the Jackson County Generals (McKee, KY) in a District 49 bout, on Monday, December 11. Red Bird will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
