Galena Grizzlies (Reno, NV) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Lowry Buckaroos (Winnemucca, NV), 59-9 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Galena upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Grizzlies host South Tahoe (South Lake Tahoe, CA) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 2-2. South Tahoe lost 44-16 in their recent non-league bout against Douglas (Minden, NV)

Next up, the Buckaroos clash with the Reno Huskies (Reno, NV) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 8. Lowry will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Huskies go into the bout with a 4-1 record after their 39-31 league loss to Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV).
