In Thursday's non-league outing, the Lincoln-Way Central Knights (New Lenox, IL) basketball squad beat the visiting Sandburg Eagles (Orland Park, IL), by a count of 49-35.

The Knights (8-0) will now prepare for their outing against Stagg (Palos Hills, IL). The Chargers go into the SouthWest Suburban - Red outing with a 5-5 record. In their last outing, Stagg was topped by Wheaton North (Wheaton, IL), 47-44, in a non-league outing.
