High School Basketball - Peekskill fells Varsity Opponent

Peekskill Red Devils (Peekskill, NY) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Varsity Opponent (, ), 40-32 in a league bout.

With the win, Peekskill upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Red Devils host Edgemont (Scarsdale, NY) to clash with the Panthers in a Section 1 Conference 2D bout on Thursday, December 14. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the clash with the Serra Catholic Eagles (McKeesport, PA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 7. Varsity Opponent will attempt to upgrade on its 33-138 season record.
