The Giltner Hornets basketball team scored 35 points and limited the visiting Franklin Flyers to 28 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Hornets now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Elba for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 10. Giltner will confront a Bluejays team coming off a 48-7 non-league loss to Wallace (Wallace, NE). The Bluejays record now stands at 0-1.
