The crowd at Saturday's league challenge between the Griffith Panthers (Griffith, IN) and the visiting Lake Station Edison Fighting Eagles (Lake Station, IN), observed Griffith's basketball team overwhelm Lake Station Edison by a score of 88-44.

The Panthers (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Hammond Bishop Noll (Hammond, IN). The Warriors come into the Greater South Shore challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Hammond Bishop Noll was routed by Calumet New Tech (Gary, IN), 61-59, in a league challenge.
