The Los Fresnos Falcons basketball team scored 70 points and limited the host Hidalgo Pirates to 53 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Falcons now possess a 14-4 record. They play next when they travel to Stafford for a non-league game on Saturday, December 7. Los Fresnos will confront a Spartans team coming off a 84-12 non-league win over Grulla (Rio Grande City, TX). The Spartans record now stands at 5-0.

With the loss, Hidalgo falls to 13-3 on the campaign. The Pirates host West Oso (Corpus Christi, TX) to confront the Bears in a non-league game on Saturday, December 7.
