The McLean Tigers basketball team scored 53 points and limited the host Highland Park Hornets to 46 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Tigers now possess a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Follett for a non-league game on Saturday, December 7. McLean will confront a Panthers team coming off a 43-25 non-league win over Wheeler (Wheeler, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Highland Park falls to 7-3 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Bovina (Bovina, TX) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 10. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 1-2. Bovina lost 66-23 in their recent non-league game against Happy (Happy, TX)
