Texas High School Basketball - Tompkins nips Klein Forest
December 7, 2024: Katy, TX 77494 In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Tompkins Falcons basketball team scored a close 52-51 win over the Klein Forest Eagles.
The Falcons (5-8) will now prepare for their contest against Mayde Creek (Houston, TX). The Rams come into the 6A Region III District 19 contest with a 8-4 record. In their last contest, Mayde Creek was tipped by Friendswood (Friendswood, TX), 68-62, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Tomball Memorial Wildcats (Tomball, TX) in a 6A Region II District 15 contest, on Tuesday, December 10. Klein Forest will attempt to better on its 4-6 season record. The Wildcats come into the contest with a 6-9 record after their 50-34 non-league win over Kingwood Park (Kingwood, TX).
