The Concord Minutemen (Elkhart, IN) basketball were winner over the host La Porte Slicers (La Porte, IN), 59-44 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Minutemen now possess a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Bremen for a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 10. Concord will play a Lions team coming off a 48-42 league win over Tippecanoe Valley (Akron, IN). The Lions record now stands at 7-1.

With the loss, La Porte falls to 0-9 on the campaign. The Slicers host Merrillville (Merrillville, IN) to play the Pirates in a Duneland bout on Friday, December 13. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 4-5.
