The Franklin Knights basketball squad (Franklin, PA), was crushed 69-37 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Wilmington Greyhounds (New Wilmington, PA)

With the victory, Wilmington advances its record to 2-0 on the year. The Greyhounds host Mohawk Area (Bessemer, PA) to meet the Warriors in a non-league battle on Monday, December 9. The Warriors enter the battle with a record of 0-0.

The Knights now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Maplewood for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 10. Franklin will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 57-52 non-league loss to Warren (Warren, PA). The Tigers record now stands at 1-2.
