The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the South Bend Washington Panthers (South Bend, IN) and the visiting Hammond Central Wolves (Hammond, IN), observed South Bend Washington's basketball team overwhelm Hammond Central by a score of 74-33.

The Panthers (8-1) will now prepare for their challenge against South Bend Riley (South Bend, IN). The Wildcats come into the Northern Indiana challenge with a 4-4 record. In their last challenge, South Bend Riley was routed by Elkhart (Elkhart, IN), 47-36, in a league challenge.
