California High School Basketball - Quincy holds off Mt. Shasta

December 7, 2024: Mt. Shasta, CA 96067

The Quincy Trojans basketball team scored 37 points and limited the host Mt. Shasta Bears to 36 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Trojans now have a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Loyalton for a non-league game on Thursday, December 12. Quincy will confront a Grizzlies team coming off a 56-20 league win over Paradise Adventist Academy (Paradise, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, Mt. Shasta falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Bears host Anderson (Anderson, CA) to confront the Cubs in a non-league game on Thursday, December 19. The Cubs go into the game with a record of 2-2.
