The Pirates now possess a 9-6 record. They play next when they travel to Cuero for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 10. Poth will confront a Gobblers team coming off a 38-23 non-league win over Navarro (Geronimo, TX). The Gobblers record now stands at 10-4.
With the loss, Shiner falls to 5-4 on the campaign. The Comanches travel to Bloomington (Bloomington, TX) to confront the Bobcats/Lady Cats in a 2A Region IV District 28 game on Tuesday, December 10.
