In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Reno Huskies basketball team scored a big 76-55 triumph over the Douglas Tigers.

The Huskies (5-0) will now prepare for their contest against Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV). The Cougars go into the contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, Spanish Springs smashed McQueen (Reno, NV), 73-54, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Tigers confront the Reed Raiders (Sparks, NV) in a contest, on Tuesday, December 10. Douglas will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Raiders go into the contest with a 2-2 record after their 52-51 non-league loss to McQueen (Reno, NV).
