December 8, 2022: Elgin, IL 60123 The Westminster Christian Warriors basketball team (Elgin, IL), was overwhelmed 66-27 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host St. Edward Green Wave (Elgin, IL)
The Green Wave now possess a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bishop McNamara for a Metro Suburban battle on Saturday, December 10. St. Edward will confront a Fightin' Irish team coming off a 63-51 non-league win over Chicago Christian (Palos Heights, IL). The Fightin' Irish record now stands at 5-0.
The Warriors (1-6) will now prepare for their battle against Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Academy (Rockford, IL). The Guardians come into the non-league battle with a 0-2 record.
