In Thursday's non-league outing, the Manor Mustangs (Manor, TX) basketball squad edged the visiting Johnson Jaguars (San Antonio, TX), by a count of 51-48.

The Mustangs (8-4) will now prepare for their outing against Clear Lake (Houston, TX). The Falcons go into the non-league outing with a 13-4 record. In their last outing, Clear Lake held off Glenn (Leander, TX), 64-40, in a non-league outing.

The Jaguars now hold a 9-6 record. They play next when they travel to Ellison for a non-league outing on Thursday, December 8. Johnson will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 41-35 non-league win over South Grand Prairie (Grand Prairie, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 9-1.
