The Lancaster Mennonite Blazers basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Mount Calvary Christian Chargers to 47 in the Blazers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Blazers now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lancaster Catholic for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 13. Lancaster Mennonite will meet a Crusaders team coming off a 54-52 non-league loss to York Catholic (York, PA). The Crusaders record now stands at 0-1.

The Chargers (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Alliance Christian (Birdsboro, PA). The Gryphons enter the Commonwealth Christian - East contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Alliance Christian ran past Lititz Christian (Lititz, PA), 62-23, in a league contest.
