California High School Basketball - Monache overwhelms Mt. Whitney
December 8, 2022: Visalia, CA 93277 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Monache Marauders (Porterville, CA) and the host Mt. Whitney Pioneers (Visalia, CA), saw Monache's basketball squad wallop Mt. Whitney by a tally of 57-17.
With the victory, Monache improves its record to 8-0 on the campaign. The Marauders travel to Central Valley Christian (Visalia, CA) to confront the Cavaliers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 10. The Cavaliers come into the challenge with a record of 6-1. Central Valley Christian won 39-23 in their recent non-league challenge against Frontier (Bakersfield, CA)
Next up, the Pioneers confront the Central Valley Christian Cavaliers (Visalia, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. Mt. Whitney will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Cavaliers come into the challenge with a 7-1 record after their 41-36 non-league win over Monache (Porterville, CA).
