The Bad Axe Hatchets basketball team scored 39 points and restricted the visiting Croswell-Lexington Pioneers to 29 in the Hatchets non-league victory on Thursday.

The Hatchets now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kingston for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 10. Bad Axe will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 72-22 non-league win over All Saints Central (Bay City, MI). The Cardinals record now stands at 3-0.
